Can not get my password to be accepted. Since I am on this page I know the email address is correct Do You have an idea how You can get Me a phone number to ask for help? O don't want to list a number here to call since I might have been scammed and fear the number would be fake callback..

The update 140.13 messed up my computer-again. My Mozilla Thunderbird emails, folders are gone, my address book is still there. All personal email messages and folders are gone. I am a member of the Foster Care Review Board and I can not recreate my folders that were saved with information. I have information on the state court system, but now the business and information messages are gone. They are just as important as to what the court system has. This happened with the last update and it was a horrible mess. I was never able to get anything at all back from Thunderbird. I had to set up emails again recreate email folders and individual saved folders to move forward. This time, like the last update, the computer keeps crashing when Firefox is open, the update changed settings in Firefox and on my computer. Wiped out restore points and my partition drive. I need to get rid of this update and don't tell me how dangerous going backwards is because what happened now is absolutely worse. I run anti-spyware, clearing cache, etc. on a daily basis. I have anti-virus programs running 24-7. No problems whatsoever until this update. Someone please tell me how to get rid of it. I am looking for another email program and another browser. I have used Firefox forever, but I am done, moving on to something that doesn't change my settings, delete my email programs or crash my computer. I do not need or want this stress. I am using Windows 10. Any insight to restore my Thunderbird folders so I can move them to a non Mozilla email program?

After being on the right side for decades, the Options button on the remote content box was moved to the left side. How does this improve accessibility for the average user? Is there a rational reason for doing so?

I am visually impaired and need to increase the font and make them clearer, but I can't find any help with that problem. I guess if you have problems seeing the page, there is nothing you can do to make it better.

We are undergoing an accessibility audit of all our information communication technology solutions for a local government entity. This audit is to ensure our compliance with the updated Americans with Disabilities Act Title II Rule on Web Content and Mobile App Accessibility regulations in advance of the April 2027 enforcement date.

Does an Accessibility Conformance Report or VPAT with the WCAG standards used and conformance level noted exist for Thunderbird? We are hoping to find these for Thunderbird Desktop as well as Thunderbird Mobile (iOS and Android).

Sorry if this is the wrong category. It's impossible to see all flagged emails in one place on my iPhone. I'd like to have all folder for all flagged emails for each email address. Thank you.

Thunderbird Calendar New Events Box font size is too small on my laptop. Is there a way to enlarge them please. If not, could you please include a setting in future updates to change the font size. I am an elderly person who's eyes are not as good as they used to be. Kind regards: Gary Shaw

TB is hung up on my late husband's computer and none of the suggestions made has released it. Current advisors are Windows people and this is an old Mac Mini running OS 10.13. One of your advisors solved a similar problem two years ago and David told me I could open that message by clicking on Robert as question originator. After click, Ask a question, a banner pops up saying my post is awaiting approval by a moderator. Why? What did I do or say that appeared so negative as to require approval first? IMO, it takes time for a Mod to mod it. Then it goes out for some people to see. It's not good for business if there is no wait time, and it a waste of time, if the problem asked, has a answer in a holding pattern, that goes in to a holding pattern again if/when the Post is permitted. Very odd..

There is a post from Mozilla which said your comments were written by a bot. The problem is that there is no access to the comments through my iPhone even though I logged in with Robert’s email and password. I apologize profusely. But there is no way that I can respond instead of creating a new subject.i’m normally reasonably capable of running a computer.I have a 4 y/o M1 mini running some version of 16.

My late husband's oid Mac Mini crashed during a power outage. Firefox is fine but TB says that the inbox is being used by another something and to wait to use it. I can't open it. I keep this computer active because his artworks and videos are on it. And I feel that he is still here if his computer is. You can also reach me at [edited email from community support forum]. I need to get in. Should I just restart? Or will it take more? I do get Robert's email on my iPhone and it is coming in.

I use Thunderbird and Firefox as my default browser. When I open a pdf file in Thunderbird, a new tab opens with the pdf document but Firefox stays in the background. I have to click on the tab to view the document. I don't remember it being like that before. Is there a way to adjust the settings in Firefox (or Thunderbird) to allow the browser to come to the front right away?

I had to turn off Norton VPN to use Thunderbird as my email client for the Comcast email service. Is there any strategy to allow Thunderbird to work through a VPN? I use the POP protocol and keep all saved messages (hundreds) on my PC, not on the email server.

Tried mail.twc.com and it just sends me back to Spectrum. I can get my mail on Spectrum but not my Thunderbird icon. Doesn't work on our iphones either.

This is absolutely insane. I set up a email account(also did about a year ago) and I can not get back to my mail. Why in gods name is it so difficult? I have multiple email accounts with most all the major email websites and this one is utterly impossible to use. I just keep ending up in the same spot with no information to help get out of the endless circle. I don't even know if I could find my way back to here. I will give you my email address to try and get something more constructive than the past two days. I want to make mozilla products my main users for all my different platforms to simplify my life but I am having my doubts about thunderbird. So far it is a useless time waster. I'm shocked that this is under the Mozilla name. I normally associate Mozilla with high quality, easy to use products. I have been using this system since 2008 through a company called Bluewave. They are shutting down at the end of May and I need full service for everything but main email. I need to talk (like on the phone) to someone who can help me in some way. I am not computer savvy so please have someone patient. I own AuPurr Cat care and don't want to lose our database, etc. info already on file. Am I contacting the right company for this help? My direct # is [edited phone# from community support forum]
