Hello I am having difficulty in sending message for 2 of my email addresses through Hostinger. My ither accounts through Hostinger works fine. See pic attached for the error message. Please help and advice. Thank you

Have not been able to receive email on my primary account (I have 3 accounts) for 3 days now. Windstream has been no help and seems to have lost hundreds of important files. My 2 other accounts work fine. HELP!

The last new email I've received on Thunderbird for one of my accounts was on 5/13/2026 at 12:02 p.m. Every time I open thunderbird it tries to re-download the entire yahoomail account and times out. I have deleted all emails from the yahoo mail box from 5/13 and backwards. All spam emails have been deleted and the trash can has been emptied. Per online instructions I have also deleted the popstate.dat file, tried to repair the inbox file by right clicking on it, going to properties and clicking repair folder. I also tried to compact the folders, and have turned off my virus protection and nothing seems to be working. I also tried a new app generated password from yahoo. Current setup is pop.mail.yahoo.com port 995 SSL/TLS, authentication method = normal password. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I was looking around my emails and when I thought I was trashing my junk emails in the trash bin it was my emails (that I keep).. I hit trash and they were gone, tried the undo and is there any way to get them back, would like to find out. I am a newbie to this kind of thing, so please be gentle when telling me what to do, also closed thunderbird and opened it up again, just wondering if someone out there can help me. Thank you for your time in reading this.

I have successfully set up 3 email accounts using my default domain. When I try to use an email account that uses a second domain I can't send or receive emails. This account required manual setup which I did but it does not work. My web hosting is with Namecheap and I do believe settings at that end are correct. Any help would be appreciated.

Had my computer recently setup linux mint with Thunderbird for my email access. I used the automatic setup to transfer across from Microsoft Hotmail/outlook system.

now all my emails -time sheets pay advice plus plus important emails are now being delivered automatically to deleted file. Not the inbox

I had a file callede archive where I would store all my previous timesheets pay advice these apart from previous month have been deleted - suspect its a automatic clean up after ex many days so thats lost permanently

How can I resolve this issue of the inbox going to deleted file/folder ?

I sent an email to my mechanic today and another site attached a CC to their Website. It is weird I didn't send an email to them support@bloominto.co, yet I received a reply and there was a CC to my mechanic in it.

How is it possible?

Every time I send a message, it duplicates itself. Any help in removing this problem in the settings will be appreciated. Please keep in mind I'm not that savvy with settings so if you can keep this simple like me, that would be great. I'm using version 151.0 64-bit on Windows 10. Hopefully someone be able to help me resolve this problem.

Gidday I have been using Thunderbird for sometime and recently had to re-install the program so now I have the latest version of it installed but the program isn't removing the emails from the server. I can't locate the "delete from server" setting anywhere in the options. I have searched everywhere for an answer here and on the iterweb so would appreciate if someone could provide help please. cheers col

I have two email accounts (one is imap, one is pop3) in my older version of Thunderbird. They have both worked normally until last week. The pop3 account continues functioning normally, but now when I select (in Thunderbird) the imap account, the mouse cursor starts showing the hourglass and the bottom status bar reads "loading message" . I've closed and restarted Thunderbird, but this doesn't make any difference. The imap account is stuck on "loading message" and doesn't download anything. I also checked my imap email account on the ISP's website, there is new email there waiting to be downloaded,. What can I do to troubleshoot this?

ps...a few weeks before this problem surfaced, I had all my email (inThunderbird) disappear, so I renamed the prefs.js file and that fixed the problem. My email worked normally after that, until this current problem occured.

I've been using Thunderbird for years but suddenly as of yesterday it's stopped receiving messages. First it told me my password was incorrect. Ever since then when I try to click "Get Messages," it simply has no response at all. Nothing happens. I went into my Thunderbird password settings, and upon seeing that the incoming-message password had for some reason reverted to an old, obsolete password, I corrected it and saved the correct one. I've checked several times and the passwords are correctly saved now. But this did not fix the problem. When I click "Get Messages," nothing happens. My Thunderbird is connected to my Earthlink account, which is working fine. When I go into Earthlink, I am able to send and receive messages as normal. So the problem is not with Earthlink but with Thunderbird.

I get several daily email newsletters. I've set up a separate filter for each of the senders to move all these incoming newsletters to a local folder. I've attached a screenshot of one of the filters, but it's pretty straightforward: Move the email to the local folder, then stop filter execution.

Sometimes, but not always, it seems to run twice, and puts two copies of the newsletter into the local folder.

Note that the filter for "Morning Brew" and "Axios" have the stop execution step, while the filter for "1440" does not. The same behavior seems to happen (again, occasionally) for each filter, with or without the "stop execution".

I am no longer getting emails on Thunderbird on my computer though I do get them e.g. on my iPad, and I can email out. Is that a problem with Thunderbird or with Bell my service provider?

Hello! All the messages in the sent folder have been lost. When I use webmail, all the messages appear normally. I sent a test message from Thunderbird 151.0 (64-bit) / Windows 10 (64-bit) and the message does not appear anywhere in Thunderbird, but I can see it in "webmail". I added the same email account to TB on another PC and I have the same problem. I have deleted this specific email account from TB and reinstalled it, but the problem persists. In Outlook (iPad and PC) it works normally. Other email addresses of the same domain work normally everywhere. The email server provider cannot help me and claims that there is a technical problem on my side. Is there anyone who has any idea on how to solve this particular problem? Thank you.

Once in a while, when I download email, Tbird fails accessing outlook.com. The message is in the attached image. If I redownload, it works. Any Ideas? P.S. this has happened with several versions of Tbird... Thanks.

I have 2 accounts one is thru Outlook.com and one is from my cable provider. When a message comes in from my cable provider if the subject meets one of the filter entries it should mov it to the folder in Outlook via the account I have setup in thunderbird. Sometimes this takes place and it worked like it was supposed to and others it doesn't I find all of the message that should have been forwarded still in the inox of the other account. When I look at the filter log it shows that the move was completed. Its kind of funny because the folder in theoutlook account turns blue like it is holding a new message but when you click on it the message is not there.
