private vedio or ordinary,,,, all vedio opening after break down continue,,,, even I check my phone , phone network, space all are fine ,,, but this app not working properly, sprey like vedio opening,,,, curser moving continue, so not able see an vedio continually showing arror type moving the net baar icon and the vedeo hanging continuosly

I use GBoard on both my phone and my Galaxy A8. I often have to switch from one language to another when I write posts or comments and each time GBoard minimises after I changed languages. This is highly frustrating. Is this a known problem? If it is when will it be fixed? Thank you. P.S. : this doesn't happen in other browsers

Galeria, Google Maps, Instagram działają poprawnie. Wykonane czynności diagnostyczne: restart telefonu, wyczyszczenie danych Firefoksa, wyłączenie rozszerzeń Firefoksa, sprawdzenie Android System WebView (aktualny), brak dostępnych aktualizacji systemu, problem występuje zarówno przez Wi-Fi, jak i dane komórkowe, ustawienia dostępności nie wpływają na problem, aplikacje nie korzystają z wymuszonego trybu pełnoekranowego. Objawy pojawiły się podczas normalnego użytkowania telefonu, bez aktualizacji systemu i bez zmian ustawień. Proszę o informację, czy jest to znany problem. Jeśli będą potrzebne jeszcze jakieś informacje, postaram się je dostarczyć. Dołączam zrzuty ekranu. Dodatkowy problem który pojawił się ostatnio u mnie i na starszym telefonie Motorola, przy wyświetlaniu filmu w trybie pełnoekranowym na YouTube nie da się wejść w ustawienia. Zakładam że jest to problem ze stroną YouTube. Ustawienia działają po wyjściu z trybu pełnoekranowego.

My mozilla account contains history entries from a job a no longer work at.

I've tried deleting history and databases on both mobile and desktop, yet some still persist. I've experienced the issue on multiple devices, making me assume there's something up with the history entries tied to the account.

Okay, I do save a lot of bookmarks. But I'm not sure how they would ever add up to more than a gigabyte of user data. I already cleared my cache, and there's still 1.37 GB of "user data". The Firefox app doesn't seem to have a way to display a menu selection where I can get it reveal the contents of my "user data", or UD. Interestingly, my UD on my other devices is also gigabytes in size, across devices newer and older devices, and even desktop on Mac OS.

I am loath to delete my UD on my devices without knowing exactly what I'm erasing. And in the app, regarding the bookmark function itself, it seems that all bookmarks are stored locally on the device that they are created on. It's nice that with the sync function in the desktop app that all my bookmarks across all my devices can be ACCESSED using my desktop browser. But to SAVE, those non-local bookmarks would need to be manually opened in my desktop Firefox browser and then re-bookmarked to actually be backed up. Currently, as it stands, if I lose the device or clear the UD, I lose the bookmarks. I verified this situation using my desktop Firefox browser, which shows the root directory of bookmarks which are not locally stored in the desktop Firefox browser as "_other". And, interestingly, even with sync on across all my devices, I still can only see locally stored bookmarks on my cell phone devices; I can only see all synced bookmarks using my desktop Firefox browser.

So what I need to know is, does there exist a good way to quickly save bookmarks from, say, cell phone devices to a desktop version of Firefox, with hard drive space. And, I would also like to know how to access all the data in the UD part of the mobile device and desktop apps, so that I know what data the app is saving, and therefore, what I want to keep and what I want to delete.

I really don't know how you can help because I really don't understand anything that I'm doing and I kind of just need help like a I don't know like a tutorial or a class to help me understand this browser it is a browser right

In Firefox on Android, horizontal YouTube videos display incorrectly in fullscreen—the top of the video is cut off, and a large empty gray space appears at the bottom, while vertical videos work normally.

The Firefox browser for Android is my number one and primary browser, but since the recent updates (151, 152, and 153), I'm experiencing problems downloading large files or movies. Either the download speed is very slow, or the download fails altogether, even though I have a 5G phone and a 5G network. Another issue is that if I download two or three files simultaneously and then check the file manager within the browser, I only see one file; the other files are hidden. Also, the option to import and export bookmarks is missing, which is a normal feature found in almost all browsers. I've been using Firefox for many years, so please fix these issues.

Some web pages do not display properly and I cannot enter data. For example:

I'm running Firefox version 153.0 (build #2016172927) on a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra running Android 16. Firefox works fine accessing pretty much any website I ask it to, EXCEPT for one: https://www.site2241.net/. This is my own website put together with nothing more than HTML, CSS and some basic Javascript. It also has HTTPS for secure connections. Roughly 90% of the time when I attempt to access this website using Firefox on my phone, I receive a "The connection was reset" error. This is only happening with Firefox, and only Firefox on Android. I have Firefox on two laptops and a desktop, with the desktop running both Linux and Windows. None of them have this issue, only on Android. I've now also loaded and tried Chrome, Opera and Brave on to my phone. None of them give me this problem. Only Firefox. I've tried changing just about any setting in Firefox that I can think of (HTTPS-only Mode both on and off, DNS over HTTPS both on and off, Enhanced Tracking Protection both on and off, etc) that might affect this, and nothing seems to change it. Go to the website, and most likely I'll get the "The connection was reset" error. This website, puny and pathetic as it may be, is kind of my running technical diary. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know. I'd really like to stick with Firefox. Thanks!

I had Firefox tab syncing set up on my phone, and the synced tabs were showing up fine on my other devices for a while. About 3 weeks ago, that phone was lost (long story — it ended up in a river) and I haven't been able to sync from it since.

Now the synced tabs from that device are no longer showing up on my other browsers, and I need to recover some important information that was in those tabs.

A few specific questions:

What is the current official expiration policy for synced tabs data (as of 2026)? I've found conflicting info in old forum threads — anywhere from 1 week to a year depending on platform and Firefox version. Is there any way to see whether my account still has cached tab data for a device that's been disconnected/inactive for ~3 weeks, even if it's not displaying in the normal Synced Tabs view? If the tab data has expired, is there any other server-side record (even temporarily) that Mozilla could check on the account side that isn't visible to me as the end user?

Any help checking the account status directly, or clarifying the actual current retention window, would be a huge help. For my email address, please request below.

I have a pixel 6 phone (android) Before the last update to my phone I was able to use the firefox desktop site for WJZZ.com. This is a jazz station that streams music.

The station would play continuously on my phone even after the screen locked. NOW it doesn't.

I've been searching periodically for over a month to figure out what changed, why and how to fix it.

can someone PLEASE help me?!?!?!

I've got something strange going on with Firefox for Android. It's offering me the option to sign in when I already am. I can access history, bookmarks etc, but "sign in" still shows in the drop down menu. What's going on here? See screenshots.
