Hi, my Firefox on my iPhone was updated on the latest version (116.0), and upon opening it after the update, I realized all of my open tabs were completely gone! This includes the private browsing tabs, which typically persisted from opening to opening of Firefox. Every tab, both normal and private browsing, is now gone. How can I restore them? I've *never* had any issues with any prior Firefox iOS update before!

This is critical to me; thank you for your help in any way, whether that be it through my synced account (which also lost the open tabs, from what I can see) and/or anything else.

I have quite a lot of passwords stored in my iPhone. I would like to sync (or, if not possible, export) these passwords to my Firefox browser on the same iPhone.

I’ve been trying to install an ad blocker for FF on my iPad and I’m stuck in an endless loop. I navigate to the add on store and it says I have to install FF, even though it’s installed and set as default. The store has the “open” button, not install or download. I have a 5th gen iPad running 16.6. FF is at ver 117.0.

I ran across a bunch of posts about addons not working but they were from about 4 yrs ago. Here are some screenshots of what happens. Are addons prohibited on an iPad?

I don't understand where some bookmarks are when using iOS.

For new bookmarks, I see a row of "Recently Saved" pages on the home page. But I can't find a "Recently Saved" folder in the bookmarks menu.

When I sync with MacOS I see the new bookmarks in a new folder "Mobile Bookmarks". But I can't find a "Mobile Bookmarks" folder on iOS.

Finally, on iOS, I don't see how to access the bookmarks I added to the Bookmarks Menu in MacOS.

Is there a setting that needs to be enabled in order for the iOS Firefox to translate a website? If not, there should be something that automatically does it if you need it to.

Hi, Could you lease tell me how to update my Firefox. iPad current Firefox version is 132.1 and with this version I was denied service at my chase mobile bank. They required most recent version and I can’t figure out how to ask Firefox to update itself. It usually happens automatically so I never really paid attention. Thank you Andrew

Ad blocker has worked flawlessly on my iPhone until today. Don’t know what changed, but there are ads everywhere. How do I make it block ads again? The internet is totally unusable with ads on every page!!!

Just updated Firefox to version 112.2 on my iPad which has iOS 15 Did the update via the apple App Store. Relaunched (restarted) Firefox and ALL tabs that were open are Gone! I can’t find the “restore previous session” option anywhere.

Can you tell me where to find it? How do I get the previous session back?!?

How can I get the download for version 78 for Firefox? My Mac is on 10.11.6 and my Firefox won’t open bc the newer version isn’t supported. I need the old version and can’t seem to find a way to download it. Please help!

Why is there no bookmarks toolbar for Firefox IOS? This makes the program useless to me. Is there any way to create and see bookmarks? None of the answers in the forums are of any help. What you tell me I should see I don’t see.

I’ve used Firefox for years because I support non-corporate efforts like this, but the lack of quick access to create and use bookmarks is a deal-breaker for me.

The instructions are wrong and convoluted. How can I scan a QR code if it is on the iOS device???????? Mozilla just doesn't know how to get around the iOS limitations.

I will no longer use firefox on my iPAD if I can't sync my bookmarks from my Android/Windows bookmarks.

There is no sign in button next to sync and save on my Ipad in the menu or under settings, I have spent over an hour on trying to sync my bookmarks with no response from mozilla. Support is very lacking.

Why is it that no matter what I download i can’t find the file or it’s not saving it anywhere? Even in the downloads on Firefox it says no downloads after downloading.
