Hi, I lost the ability to sign i to my Amex account about 3 days ago (~1-21-2026). I put in my login details, and it just spins and then nothing happens. I have a Mac desktop. I can access on Safari, and on iPhone and on Amex App on iPhone I have tried multiple things i read online like: - refreshing Firefox - remove and reinstall Firefox - Login Incognito -Clear Cache -Changed Amex pw -Not use VPN

I don’t know if there was an update for the firefox application recently but I can’t seem to add bookmarks anymore. I have tried restarting the application and signing in and out of the application with my firefox account. This shouldn’t be happening as anyone would understand. Please help.
I press add bookmark in the setting for the application and it never bookmarks the page. I have searched for it in folders but nothing.
It never pops up at the bottom of the screen showing an edit button for the bookmark either.
This is a crucial problem for the application and I want it fixed ASAP please.

It started with youtube automatically opening the installed app every day. I then uninstalled the app. Since uninstalling it, youtube opens a tab in my firefox every day, which I don't want. All of the shortcuts that Fire Fox created for my oft-used websites stopped working on my iPad. Nothing happens when I select any of them. It may be related to my recent upgrade to iOS 26, but I believe they continued to work for a time after my upgrade.
