Russian language Уважаемые господа, мне нужна помощь в удалении моего эккаунта mazur.farmamed@gmail.com. По рекомендации, я создал еще один эккаунт, моей жены getochka.mazur@gmail,com, регистрация прошла успешно, к нему я попытался подключить дополнительный эккаунт mazur.farmamed@gmail.com, но ничего не получилось, так как к моему эккаунту привязана возможность вторичной авторизации и изменить пароль и ввести 6-значный код я не могу. Поэтому самым простым способом, я прошу удалить мой эккаунт mazur.farmamed@gmail.com. Я его заново создам и определю вторичную авторизацию к моему телефону +79184844844. Электронная почта у меня работает постоянно и мне хотелось бы продолжать пользоваться эккаунтом firefox с именем моей почты mazur.farmamed@gmail.com , а не моей жены getochka.mazur@gmail.com. Please help, it looks like my passwords are not synced anymore on any Mozilla I use. I sue a Mozilla portable at home and a classic desktop on my office. The synchronyzation works for bookmarks, browse history and download history but not a single password is imported on my sessions ! My files are present : see screenshot01 so my passwords are here. Login.json contains data. So what's the problem. The debug mode said that : see screenshot 02 Thanks for the help

Background: On August 6th morning EST after the August 5 2026 update, attempting to use firefox lead to the window with the "end process" button so I had to close the browser multiple times and then the next time I opened firefox, the bookmarks and history were wiped. I was able to restore using a backup saved on the computer and continue as normal (aside from losing some Cookie Clicker progress, reinstalling Tampermonkey userscripts, and redoing browser extension settings) but now there's an issue with trying to backup firefox data.

Issue: Trying to back up my firefox data leads to a "There was a problem backing up. Try again in a few minutes."

When going to about:config and typing browser.backup.backup-debug-info, I get {"lastBackupAttempt":1786243812,"errorCode":9,"lastRunStep":13}

When looking at Broswer Console, there is an entry saying BackupService: Could not create C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Restore Firefox\desktop.ini: NotAllowedError: Could not write to `C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Restore Firefox\desktop.ini': failed to open file for writing (NS_ERROR_FILE_ACCESS_DENIED) BackupService.sys.mjs:4116:23 but I don't know how to address that.

High contrast setting only support 2 colors(unvisited links and visited links) as a consequence it does not support radio buttons(switches that move to left and right to turn on features). the buttons are invisible and waste hours of the users time.

I couldn't see password management page. To be specific, I click the "password" option in the top right corner lists. Normally it will show all the website that firefox saved, but now I couldn't see anything except frame. I will upload the interfance that I see. this problem happend since an update. And problem contines after several patches. The firefox version that I use is "153.0.3(64-bit)" please help!

I want to make the switch from Chrome to FF (to continue using UBO), and a problem I keep running into is media not displaying in Twitter(X)'s DMs while using Private Browsing mode. It only comes up as a gray block that says "Failed to Load" with "Retry" under it, but it never loads. It also asks that I re-enter my DM password every time the page reloads.

Everything works fine in a regular browser tab, the issues only occur in Private Browsing.

I have tried disabling UBO, disabling Enhanced Tracking Protection, and clicking the little shield icon in the URL and turning that off, too. Looking this up really didn't give me any results that actually helped, either.

Help would be much appreciated! This really is the last big hang-up I have to not switch.

Hi everyone,

After a recent series of updates to both my mouse and Firefox, my mouse no longer scrolls within Firefox. The mouse is Logi wireless mouse. Firefox is the latest version. The mouse scrolls fine in other apps, like WhatsApp, Outlook, Word etc. but not in Firefox.

When I try to scroll in Firefox, it stutters, jumps and will continue to jump even when I stop scrolling on the mouse.

I have spoken to Logi and there is no issue with the mouse itself.

I have tried Troubleshoot and Private mode, but still the same issue, so its not an add-on or extension problem.

Is anyone else having this issue over the last couple of days, or have any ideas on how to get back to smooth scrolling?

after the new version of firefox update my home page which i have always had Newsmax.com does not load says problem loading page i have tried several times and it will not load. it works in Google chrome so why not in Firefox

For at least a few months now, my browser will suddenly and randomly go fullscreen all by itself. I can't exit it, and then it goes back to normal after at most a minute. It hasn't happened in at least a week. But today, it froze like that, not responding. I quit firefox, waited a bit, then restarted it. It went fullscreen and froze again. I waited at least 10min and it then went back to normal and responded again. It only happens when using firefox. I've done virus scans, etc, and it still keeps happening. Please help. Thanks.

It is as if Firefox has disappeared from my desktop. I click on the shortcut but nothing happens. It was working fine last night. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling but still nothing. A window does not even appear.

okay this just is bad as of today and last Firefox update and with all extensions off . this is what i got when i tried to post and watch a video. it happens on all the videos on Facebook i have tried contacting them as well and that is an almost impossibility it is only in Firefox they work in chrome and edge i even tried reinstalling Firefox ans still get bland black screen I have tried turnoff extension and still this is what i get

I just downloaded v153.0.4 and now there are no wallpapers on my New Tabs or Home Page. No custom url for new tabs either and the Firefox Home is a blank page.

What's up with that?

PLEASE HELP! One day last week, Firefox for my PC disappeared and it seems that Duckduckgo has taken over. I have used Firefox on my PC for a few years and occasionally use duckduckgo as my browser. Now I cannot find Firefox. It is up-to-date, as of last week.

Any word from those in the know yet? Having to use different browsers to see multi-pic posts is really annoying.
