I've been trying to play multiple videos at once, but when I pause one, it pauses all of them, and vice-versa. I'm not sure if this is a settings or config issue. I've tried disabling all extensions, and the issue persists. It's frustrating having the background music pause every time I have to pause a lecture to write some notes down.

firefox used to have good history now it's only 7 days? i need to see more than 7 days, all of it being available is ideal. what prompted this - although i've been irked by it before - is needing to know how i got to a website, what was the search and/or tab spelunking that got me there? it's really important to know this. relying solely on google search (if that'll yield part of the trail) seems contrary to firefox ethos.

I prefer to use Firefox with WordPress when coding. I use an important plugin that gives me SCSS fubctionality that used to work without issue in Firefox until recently. The problem is conflicting keyboard shortcuts, namely tab selection "command + option + up arrow", and "command + option + down arrow" (on a Mac). I would like to reassign them, or better yet, set them to "false" as i never use the feature. I have tried many suggestions online, and none are working. Any help solving this would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Hi I have mozilla running as primary for my imac and my 2007 macbook pro that is dying. I've just got a macbook air to replace the macbook.

The imac and macbook pro share th account and passwords just fine. I try to put the correct password into the air, it says incorrect password.

Fine. I do a whole 2 step authentication for resetting the password. Sign in on air. Now macbook pro is saying incorrect password. Fine. Put the same password in, it now says incorrect password.

Every time I change the password on the account, one of ht computers accepts it, the other does not.

I realy just need 2007 to work long enough to get the junk I need off it, and then it will be retired. Fine. But I cannot get the macs to all agree that the password for mozilla is the password-- even tho it's the correct password, says incorrect.

I haven't checked the imac, but knowing my luck it will now say i'm logged out cos incorrect password.

All I want is to sync the mozilla account for all three computers (before I reset this 2007 one and then recycle it).

Help would be appreciated for this luddite. thank you!

For neither of the two web pages below can I get Firefox to autofill a successfully stored username and password.

I've tried inputting the login information and answering yes when Firefox asks to save. I've also tried to manually enter the URLs and login information into the Firefox password manager.

I've also set up custom permissions for each site - allow popups, location, etc etc. And I've turned OFF Enhanced Tracking Protection entirely for both.

In ONE instance, I went to the page, and Firefox HAD entered username and password. But as soon as I logged in, the bank in question sent a 6 digit text in order to reach my account. That was successful, but upon attempting a later login, autofill was no longer working.

The websites are acting as one would hope with Safari - MacOS is offering to enter the password.

Hello there!

Trying out Firefox in Windows 11 after not having used it in several years, and right away I am faced with a major problem that I cannot figure out: I am not receiving Gmail notifications!

I keep Gmail open as my first tab, at all times, as seen in the first screenshot I've attached. In Gmail itself, in said tab, I have gone to the SETTINGS wheel -> See All Settings and scrolled down to the Notifications area, and clicked the link that says Enable Desktop Notifications. Firefox prompted me about the notifications, and I of course chose "Allow". As seen in the second screenshot I've attached, the offer to enable desktop notifications isn't even there anymore because it has been allowed. And notifications are set to ALL emails in the main tab, with a loud sound to play as well just so I don't miss it.

And lo and behold, the only notification I am getting is a blue dot under the pinned tab under the Gmail logo

There is no sound played that I've heard, but more importantly, no popups on my desktop and nothing waiting in my system notification center

I am using Windows 11 Enterprise

Thanks in advance for any assistance

1. Downloaded the latest GIMP Version 3.0.4 from the Gimp Homepage.

2. Opened the "Download" Icon after download was completed and clicked the downloaded file "gimp-3.0.4-setup.exe".

3. Received the message "This version of GIMP requires Windows 10, or a newer version of Windows."

4. Opened the Windows "Downloads" folder directly.

5. Clicked the file "gimp-3.0.4-setup.exe." directly.

6. The app installed without an error.

Tried this a few times and the error message only appears when the exe-file is clicked from within the Firefox "Download" Icon

Checked in the properties of the exe-file and no "Compatibility mode" is set.

I am running Forefox Version 128.12.0esr (64-bit) on a Windows 11 Pro Version 23H2 desktop PC.

I successfully built Firefox v135 from source for the RISC-V architecture and created a .deb package. After installing the package, Firefox launches correctly, but performance is significantly degraded—especially during video playback, where it becomes very laggy.

Upon inspecting about:support, I noticed that under the "Compositing" section, it shows WebRender (software), and CPU usage is extremely high. Additionally, WebGL 1 and WebGL 2 are not available, despite the presence of a dedicated GPU Hardware and its driver.

During the build process, Firefox required LLVM v14 as a dependency. It appears that this setup defaults to using LLVMpipe, which results in software rendering and prevents the OpenGLES driver from being utilized, leading to the fallback to software WebRender.

In contrast, I tested another .deb package of Firefox built specifically for the VisionFive2 (JH7110) board. In that case, the "Compositing" section correctly shows WebRender (without the "software" tag), and both WebGL 1 and WebGL 2 are available, indicating proper GPU Hardware acceleration.

Could anyone guide me on how to enable hardware-accelerated WebRender and ensure that Firefox uses the GPU instead of falling back to software rendering?

Please find the "about:support" page in the attached Troubleshooting Information.xhtml file. Kindly do let us know if there's any further information needed.

Thanks in advance, Saiteja
