Since the last update that I received from you and installed I can not longer get in to my online Bank account. I get a window telling me access is denied. I am unauthorized to access this resource. with a Reference ID of e727ec65b1 Troubleshooting steps 1. Reload the home page and try again Failed 2. Clear your browser cache and try again. Failed 3. Try logging in with a different browser. No they aren't as secure 4. Try logging in with a different device. No only use my desk top for business.

The Bank says they are having trouble with Firefox. I don't want to have to use Edge or Google they aren't as secure as Firefox. Please fix this with the Horizon Bank. Thank you. dleeb17

I can not edit the domain address in the password save section. I can change user name and pw, but not the domain name/address. This is very annoying for sites like twitter that have now changed to x as it's not straight forward and prohibitive to my own saved information and it not allowing me to alter it in the EDIT section. Thank you for any help you can provide.

I have been using Firefox on Ubuntu for over 5 years over the past few months face book does not recognize me when I sign in. Face Book ask me to confirm it is me signing in as they think it is someone trying to hack my account. They send me a code to my email I put this into face book and they let me in to my account. They ask me to change my password this i tried they would not except it as they did not recognize my web site connection. They ask me to sign by another means IE mobile phone this I tried but Face Book did not except that either. I also got a notification from MY Heritage web site this is what they sent me.

I usually never use my school account on my home PC but a few days ago I did. I signed in, finished my work and now I cannot use my other accounts. It says that Halton has blocked access to my account. I can't use YouTube or any of the things school blocks. I cleared the school account. I cleared cash. I cleared cookies. I reinstalled it. Please help.

I have a typical search bar at the top of the browser window. Recently, as soon as I begin to type a search, the bar expands to cover the whole top of the browser window. How do I stop this from happening? It's unnecessary and irritating. Firefox 133.0, Win 11

in the last couple weeks, every time I go into Firefox my bookmarks and bookmark toolbar are scrambled. (all messed up and out of order). I have to keep restoring from a good save file. How do I stop this from happening? I have even uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox, but that hasn't helped. I have imported the good bookmark file that I saved.

every time I try to log into a google account I get a 400 error message. I deleted all cache and cookies multiple times scoured the help forums and tried all the fixes and I still get a 400 error. please help.

Firefox is not letting me access my Windows or Microsoft account. (using WIndows 11) The login popup is asking for School or Work email, which is not applicable to me. I input my usual login information and Microsoft pop-up says account does not exist. When I login to Windows, using a different desktop (Windows 10), I do not have login in issues.

What is the browser setting that needs to be updated.

After the last update, I have a problem opening some links just with a left click. Most open fine, but on some sites, I can open the site fine, but all other links have to be opened in a new tab. Sometimes, I can't even get that menu to come up, so I have to save the link URL and open it in a new tab manually.

I have my browser set to open all tabs in a new window, so that's not the problem.

It's very annoying, especially when I'm trying to get something done quickly.

How do I fix this? TIA

The latest Firefox does not load programs that used to work with it. That is, this used to work:

and now locks up the page. It also fails on a daily trivia question. If I run under other browsers (e.g., Opera,) they work fine. This makes me think it's some setting in Firefox. I'm not sure, but I think this started after a Firefox update.

I'm running Win 10 (Home) with 32GB of memory on an i9-12900K running at 3.19GHz

This is from a reply I posted to one of the many others who are having this problem. They couldn't get the bookmarks to restore. It would say unable to process.

This is like the 4th time this has happened to me in the last year. Just long enough for me to forget what I did to get them back, but I think it has been different every time. Last time I think it just randomly processed after many attempts. I should probably try saving them myself. They aren't actually gone. I was able to remember some of the pages I bookmarked and when I went to those pages via the browser the little blue bookmark star was there and when I click on it the folder(now missing) I had it in was named. I just didn't have access to the list of folders. I also couldn't make new bookmarks.

Now this time I had already tried a PC restart and refreshing Firefox so I'm not sure that they are required steps. I opened Old Firefox Data folder. This was already on my desktop from previous issues I believe. The names of the folders inside are jumbled. I opened the one with the most recent date. Then opened the Bookmarkbackups folder. I selected the file with the most recent date (also the largest file because I'm terrible at deleting the old ones). I was asked what to open the file with, I double clicked on Firefox and a browser page opened and a window asked if I wanted to open with (application) or save the file. I chose to save the file. This process took a few minutes and locked windows up for a bit but when it was done my bookmarks were back. I am able to make new bookmarks as well but you'll have to search for where you want to save it instead of their being a drop down of the most recent folders.

I hope this works for you.

This NO LONGER WORKS. Not even a month later!

Apparently refreshing FireFox is required to see the latest bookmarkbackups file. However instead of saving to FireFox it now is a download to FireFox. So if I try to open the download it just goes back to the source and is a circular death loop that accomplishes nothing. Honestly seems kind of intentional at this point.

I did manually back up my book marks before this happened again for the 5th time now. However, when I tried to import them FireFox tells me the folder is empty. If I open the folder myself I see the long list of my bookmarks with corresponding links.

Like I said, I'm not technical, so I have no interest in continually finding a way to get the bookmarks to display again.

I've gone elsewhere. When I imported my book marks from FireFox most of them were there but some of the sub/sub folders were missing. So instead of their being 20 sub/sub folders theirs just a list of the hundreds maybe thousands of bookmarks that were in them. I have no interest in trying to reorganize that.

So I tried importing the manual back up I made that Firefox said was empty. That imported successfully and it appears all my book marks to the date I created the back up are there.

So FireFox get your %&$* together! Lots of topics about this so happening to lots of customers.

I'm using a track pad and when I find a photograph I want to save, I click the trackpad with two fingers and a menu drops down. For whatever reason, the menu is different on my laptop than it is on my desk top. Is there anyway I can customize the drop down menu's choices so they match? Thanks/LNF

I have used Firefox for ages now and love it. I have noticed in the last few months that some functions on some web sites are not able to be accessed. Such as submit, place an order, and the like. I have to use another browser. Is there any reason for this as I really don't like to use any other browser other than Firefox but it seems to be that I have to. Is there some way that I can get around this?

I accidentally blocked a web site that I need. I have followed all of the instructions to unblock (creating a master password, etc) but it does not work. I need to get this site unblocked as soon as possible.

I have two monitors: Monitor 1 is Asus PG248QP(Run in 1920 x 1080 360hz landscape 100% scale) Monitor 2 is G272U Pro(Run in 4320 x 2160 60hz landscape 150% scale). I arrange them veritcally, monitor 2 on top and monitor 1 at the bottom.

When I minimize the non-fullscreen firefox window on the monitor 1, black/transparent border shows on the left, right, and bottom of the firefox window.

When I arrange two monitor horizontally, everything normal. I place monitor 1 at the left of monitor 2.

When I do this on the monitor 2, everything normal.

I have to use two monitors vertically, since I don't have much space.

I also tried different versions of firefox. for now, 129.0 to 136 has these problems. I have install chrome, brave, edge. None of them has this problem.
