Hello,

I have no idea who is going to read this, but I was in my Cell Phone companies’ site today and got an error message that Firefox would not show the bill details. Some stupid thing about other web sites and sealing my information. I needed that page and could not see so I had to use another browser (not Chrome or Edge) to get the bill to display.

I then had a coupon to print from an e-mail from my Pharmacy. Again you gave an error message but did download the coupon to where I save things.

I do not want to use Chrome or Edge as they track the S**t out of you. I have another that is laid out like Chrome but supposedly isn’t and I use that. I have to pay for that one. The main thing these browsers don’t have is the Menu Bar at the top and you cannot put it on. I use that to free up screen space that is lost the way they do things.

Can you PLEASE get things right in Firefox so I don’t have to waste my time or worse have to use this other browser I hate.

What in the actual hell is going on? Since when did this become a problem? Website ends with .to instead of .com but this has literally never caused me any problems on this machine and I've been using the same extensions/add-ons since I bought it. It's been at least 3-4 years. Windows 11 24H2 (latest update) Firefox Version 140.0.2 (latest update) No settings have been changed, aside from my updating the browser and/or my operating system. Please help.

BROKEN AMAZON WEBSITE ON FIREFOX

I cannot use Firefox if I want to use Amazon. There is writing on the website but nothing remotely like their normal website. No pictures or graphics, just words. I have attached a screenshot to give you some idea. The picture is small so maybe you can enlarge it. Thank you.

Ever since the most recent firefox update, my screensaver doesn't appear after laptop has been idle. According to the Mac Activity monitor, Firefox is blocking it. I've tried quitting Firefox and restarting, and also restarting laptop, but no solution.

For about a week now, every time I try to share something to a friend of family member - all I get is the rotating circle in the messenger window that pops up. If I cut-n-paste the URL to the thing I want to share, it works fine in messenger......

To sign into my Amazon account, I'd like to enter only my email address and my password.

But I have to enter my email address and my passkey. A verification code is then sent to my email address. I then need to enter that verification code to complete signing into Amazon.

On the Amazon's Sign in page (where I enter my passkey), it says "This request comes from the app 'firefox.exe' by "Mozilla Corporation".

How do I disable the two-factor (aka two-step) authentication for Amazon in Firefox?

When assigning a URL to the mediaplayer object it started appending the current path to the URL. Did not do that in prior version. You can see it automatically puts the current browsing URL and then the URL that is assigned. So the file will not load. When opening Firefox, the screen turns white before page opens! There is a version that was updated for this issue however,at that time I did not have this issue! After downloading the newer version, I now have this white light issue! I like to mention, my computer never crashed! I believe (134.0.3), was the update that was a fix for the White Screen problem. And, I am using ver-139.0.4 (64 bit) (win. 10-64 bit) I appreciate any help with this issue! Thank you!!! geo (7/6/2025)

latest versions of firefox (now at 140.0.1) keeps opening onto my 2nd monitor which is off - how to stop it doing it. Tried making new profile which works for awhile, but sooner or later they all bump it to the 2nd monitor and it never comes back - tried moving to primary and closing it there, but next time back on #2. Open 2nd window while first is on primary, and that goes to 2nd monitor...

Why on earth would you remove the ability to select move multiple tabs anywhere in an open window browser???? Until recently, I could select the first and last tab, hold shift and move them anywhere I chose. Now that feature doesn't work at all. It duplicates one tab or I'm given a choice to move to the front or last of all open tabs! Please give me the feature back!!1

When I try to launch firefox, it opens only on the taskbar for a split second and doesn't launch. I don't see the program appear at all on task manager. I've restarted my computer and reinstalled multiple times. This problem persist across multiple computers

I had not used the Firefox browser in a few days, so when I went back in today it asked me to update it. I did, and now every page I go to freezes and the browser locks up. Is there some way to get rid of this latest update? I have Windows 11.
