This is the 3rd time I have had to post this. I am getting very frustrated. I DO NOT want the search engine within my address bar. Nothing anyone from you "community" helped to disable the search engine in my address bar. Opera, Edge, Chrome, the user can disable the search engine in the address bar. Why is Firefox so different? And difficult?

FF is offering up possible login names for a particular site I have used previously even though I have removed all related browsing history, form data, and cookies (and cleared the cache). What am I missing? Is it using stored history for unrelated sites to guess at a user name, or is there some other hidden history I need to clear?

(Categorized as "accessibility" because I feel this is a vision-related issue - if I mistagged the topic please correct me... I don't know where aesthetic issues go.)

Image 1 is how the file explorer looks with a lighter Firefox theme (my main one), Image 2 is with a slightly darker theme. Both are primarily light blue, so I'm not sure why this has happened.

I have my computer and most websites I use on dark mode because I have an easier time reading white on black or dark grey than I do black on white when it gets later in the day. I want to be able to have the darker file explorer with my theme of choice, since light mode kind of burns my eyes...

Is this a new feature added in the most recent update, or something? I haven't had this issue prior to today - if it's a new thing, is there a way to turn off the light file explorer so that I don't have to change themes?

Firefox ver 152.01 64 bit on win 11 recently very slow to load tabs, and if on you tube very slow to show pictures of the video's, also in Task manager with two tabs open shows 1,154 MB and in the App's section show 14 Firefox open. If I use Edge they open very fast, and & have now stopped using Firefox for this reason. I have been using Firefox for many years without any problems but now not really usable any more, unless this can be fixed. John

Hello. I have my e-mail and password saved for Royal Caribbean. When i open up Royal Caribbean site and then go to put e-mail in and password in it will put the password in but not my e-mail address. I have to do it manually every time. All my other e-mails and saved password with anything else works just fine but not with RC. I have tried everything under the sun and nothing will work. Thank You.

When I click to fill in a Credit Card field to pay for something, my correct card info appears momentarily, but then disappears. To execute a payment, I am forced to manually fill in all required information. I made sure the "save autofill" box was properly checked in the Settings, and it was. Names, addressed, etc. are all filled in properly; only credit card info is not.

Since last update...the reaction emojis on Facebook are blacked out. The entire bar of emojis are not visible. It is all black. Yet the words are visible when hovered over. There seems to be nothing wrong with the FB site and it has been suggested it could be the browser. So if you have any reports of glitches like this ...would be nice if you could fix. Screenshot Impossible to take. Thanks

I run the current version of Firefox (152.01) under Windows 11 Pro on a Dell Inspiron 15-3530 laptop. More and more frequently, I'm getting "Access Denied" messages when I click on a site link t56o an internal page. This happens on several sites, most notably Dell.com. I get the error in Troubleshooting Mode, and clearing the cache doesn't help. I've searched the information here, but all the responses seem to involve Windows 7 or Windows 8, not Windows 11. Can someone tell me how to resolve this situation in Windows 11?

Has Firefox instituted a security setting that is interfering with commerce-related sites? Suddenly I can't log in to my credit union (gets stuck on "authentication" step), amazon.com (endless "transferring data" message during login attempt), and mutual fund sites (similar to amazon.com experience). These all are related to money/commerce. I've turned off Firefox's popup blocking and even explicitly allowed cookies for the sites. I did a Refresh to get rid of extensions that might be causing problems (even though there wasn't a problem a week ago on these sites). I've tried Firefox on a second computer for the credit union site and got the same behavior. Chrome has no problem with these logins, by the way.

Hello, I am facing a very strange and frustrating issue with my website https://biografieblick.de/, and it is only happening on the firefox browser other browsers like chrome, edge or safari are loading the site perfectly fine. The Issue is it occurs occasionally, Yeahh IDK why. When I try to visit my site, Firefox gets stuck on a screen that says "Checking if the site connection is secure" and it looks like an loop sometimes.

This looks exactly like a cloudflare turnstile loop but I am NOT using cloudflare. I have double checked my DNS records and explicitly confirmed this with my web hosting provider. This block only triggers when using firefox.

For the past few days when trying to use Google search on Firefox I get this message:

"Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. This page checks to see if it's really you sending the requests, and not a robot. Why did this happen?"

Then it makes me jump through several hoops to do a search on google.

This is a Firefox specific message as I can switch to Safari and there is no roadblock.

Is this happening to anyone else?

Any way to resolve?

Why this is a Firefox issue and not other browsers?

yesterday i could not sign into my windows 11 AOL email because it kept returning me to sign in and asking for verification and more options to sign in this is the first time that this problem has occured including when i used windows 7 and windows 10 this problem only occurs in Firefox and i can sign in to my AOL email in Google Chrome

I'm suddenly getting repeated/multiple Mozilla Firefox "Browser Alerts", "System Warnings," and "McAfee Critical Virus Alerts" that are wrong and dysfunctional. They pop up every few seconds. They contain "Remove virus now" and "quick scan" buttons, but these only take me to a bright red screen that says:

"Deceptive site ahead Firefox blocked this page because it may trick you into doing something dangerous like installing software or revealing personal information like passwords or credit cards."

These come even though I haven't tried to access any "deceptive sites." I have to x all of them out to clear my screen.

There's obviously a defect in your warning system. How do I stop this?
