Three times now this year, I have been automatically signed out of my Firefox account on desktop with no cause. No updates or data clearing to cause it. Every time when I log back in despite having my Firefox synced to my mobile app, my bookmarks & passwords all break. Passwords deleted, bookmarks dysfunctional. I try syncing to restore them. Doesn't work. If I restore from backup, it fixes my bookmarks, but not my passwords.
After the second event like this, I changed my Mozilla password, but seeing as this just occurred a third time this year, that didn't stop it. I reiterate: I DID NOT SIGN MYSELF OUT. I DIDN'T DO DEVICE MAINTENANCE THAT WOULD HAVE SIGNED ME OUT. Sync SHOULD restore these but isn't.

Dell desktop running Mint Mate 22. Bookmarks missing about 50% of bootups. Saved bookmarks to both HTML and JSON during an occasion they did appear, when they next were missing attempted to restore them via Library pop-up (Manage bookmarks). I could not determine a path to direct the system to either locally saved file. In Library, selected Restore, which then asks me to choose file, but none of the data fields accepted or acted upon input. re-installed Firefox but same result. Then clicked on the saved HTML file, multiple screens flashed on the display, with multiple items in the tray. The final result was the bookmarks were all displayed as expected, but since the problem has been inconsistent, unknown whether they will display on future bootups.
Wish to have guidance on using the Library pop-up to restore saved bookmarks when they are missing. Perhaps some knowledgeable user could post a step-by-step through the restore process.
I feel I'm missing something. I never have problems with Firefox.

Two days ago while using Firefox my interface/window changed. Whereas before I could have many, many tabs opened across the top of my window, suddenly they are gone. I now have one place where I can put in my new search and no ability to easily access formerly opened tabs. So if I am in my gmail account I can open different tabs/searches and go back and forth between them and my gmail or between search and search. I like to keep open tabs that I want to return to easily - things I haven't completed reading, things I need to get back to to fill out something, etc. Now I can't get to them easily. I know that there is a history, but I am may be wanting to find a tab that I opened two weeks ago and don't remember the date or the name. If they were still opened in this bar across the top (and I am not referring here to bookmarks), I can find them. When I no longer want them opened I delete them. I don't know if this problem is due to the recent Firefox update or if I did something by mistake that caused this. It is making my use of Firefox as my browser very cumbersome and impractical. I also can't spend hours and hours reading through Firefox materials to see if I can find a way out of this problem. Ideally, if I could speak to an actual help desk person, that would be great. I am an 80 year old woman who would like to be able to keep up with all my interests and activities and not being able to use Firefox in the way that I have will really be an obstacle. Additionally, I've disabled extensions as well, cleared the cache. I've disabled play DRM content and restarted the browser before turning it back on. I've changed from my own dns server which I see nothing being blocked to google public dns and saw no difference. Everything was working fine on Wednesday night and stopped on Thursday.
How do I stop the pop-ups on the lower right of my screen from Mozilla about scientific subjects and new research? thanks

To be honest. Firefox is starting to be a big pain to use. I'm starting to see more and more of this screen where it say's "Be careful. Something doesn't look right" Even when i go to the advance and say proceed. Nothing happens and i'm getting no where. I know many of the sites don't have anything to do with asking for credit card, Scam or even having popup's. I test the sites in other browsers and there work without any issues. But Firefox is starting to lock me out of many sites due to this. How can i make this stop. As i used Firefox for many years.
The sample that is in the screenshot is a Anime data base that i have also used for years. But today shows this. But was working fine yesteday. What is going on and how can i fix it. So i can start using the browser that i love on the sites i want to.
