Since a few days (last week of April), when I go to Amazon Prime Video, once I log in, the thumbnail no longer display (see attached screenshot). However, when I arrive on Prime, before logging in, the thumbnails are there (but they might be actual images and not thumbnails). As soon as I log in, all thumbnails disappear and all I have is a text (might be the Alt-Text option for images).

It was working fine over the past weekend. I had a Firefox update at the beginning of the week. I think it somehow messed up my settings.

I tried several things: - clear cash (it clears everything when I close Firefox) - used different privacy settings (was at Strick) - added www.primevideo.com as exception in the privacy settings - was always use private window - had not installed any extension nor plugins - DMR was ON - most of every options were set to OFF or disabled

I tried to reinstall it through Snap Ubuntu 24.04 and it worked but the next day, the problem was back.

I installed Crome and out of the box, the thumbnails are there.

Why do a number of familiar functions in familysearch.org in a tab in Firefox in Windows 10 in a laptop computer fail in the last few weeks with the message: Oops, something went wrong. Please refresh the page. topped by a triangle with an exclamation point inside? Question 1.

Is this message generated by Firefox? Question 2.

Could this failure be caused by a timing out of some impatient wait loop? Question 3.

When I start familysearch.org in a tab in the Edge browser all these familiar functions work. I have noticed that my whole system seems to be running slower in the last few months. I have been running familysearch.org in a tab in Firefox for years without this failure. Refreshing the page as advised by the message never works to accomplish the function. The functions in familysearch are Details for a person, Sources for a person, or the Tree for a person. There were even cases a week or more ago when the Details for a person were visible only down to the display of family where the error message would appear in place of the family information without affecting the earlier data.

I have been quite unable to view comments on www.telegraph.co.uk. The page simply does not appear when I click 'comments'. I have done a Firefox back to defaults refresh which was successful but no joy. After a look around the internet for solutions I installed Chrome which worked first time and has continued to. Why does Firefox fail? Thanks

I just noticed that post FF's 150 update, I can no longer drag and drop folders into my DSM window. This has been a non issue for over 6 years and all of a sudden, poof. I did find that you can still to this on Safari, but long term, Mozilla and Synology need to address this. There's already a post on the Synology fourms about it and I've emailed their Support Team to see what they have to day. Posting this here in case anyone has found a workaround in the Config settings pane.

Some faces of a 3d box are now invisible. The HTML is correct and the Inspector shows the faces in pale blue correctly. This worked for many months before the latest update to Firefox. I tried it in Safari and it worked, but I am used to Firefox. I tried Firefox for Developers and it worked until the update today, 5/1/26. Please help.

Since the latest Firefox update, I cannot load my primary banking account, and one of my work websites won't load. I can access both of these sites on other browsers.

I can't sign into my RBS Digital Banking page using Firefox. The display flips back and forth uncontrollably from Login page to Are You still Here? page. Login via Safari is as normal .. but Firefox is my preferred browser.

I was able to use Firefox for Animoto then for some unknown reason my project disappeared. I can access on Safari. When I try to open Animoto.com in Firefox a page comes up with My Projects page plus Animoto's Create a video and that is all that shows, the page is inactive. Same when I try to log in to my account. My computer is MacBook Pro Tahoe 26.3. I would be very grateful for a solution.

Hello, I am facing a strange issue while using Firefox browser. When I try to play LetterBoxed NYT, the game sometimes gets stuck on the loading screen or loads very slowly. The same website works fine on other browsers like Chrome and also on Android devices, so I’m not sure if this is a browser compatibility issue or something related to caching, cookies, or browser settings.

Issue persists on Incognito Mode and it goes away if I use different browser.

Since 2 days issue like this happened and it is retroactive meaning all previous conversations are also blank, all replies of chatgpt are blank except replies with image generation, those are fine.

Before you recommend me to do something please keep in mind that Incognito itself does not help.

Once FF upgraded to 150.0 a local webiste Jira for bugs does not work for Drag and Drop of file into the window... It tries to either save the attachments to my desktop or open them in new tabs... this defeats the purpose and creates extra steps

For few days, it's impossible to connect to FACEBOOK. I have the latest version of FIREFOX, but I have to use another web browser (EDGE) to connect to FACEBOOK. The problem is the same with my two computers with the latest WINDOWS.

'bold text YouTube is "acting insane, sound plays/picture is frozen. Can't pause it. Also can't start it! Ads play on without option to skip. I got some notice that YT was changing something, I think it is broken. I managed to get a video to play on MS Edge, but I normally do not use that. I cleared cache and ALL of that, rebooted computer, etc. connection is good. Searches are fine on firefox, Other sites are fine on firefox. . IT IS YOUTUBE! It is SO bad that now with my mouse, the arrow and hand are NOT showing up on the actual screen where video plays. Right now on here it is fine. but on youtube? no.

On firefox, when loading google maps all the labels (Streetnames, Shops Names etc.) appear for a second and then vanish again completely.

This has happened before, back then I've managed to make it work up to now by using an extension to disable WebGL on google maps, however recently the issue started up again.

I've tried: enabling/disabling webgl; clearing cache and cookies, Enabling/disabling hardware acceleration, updating the browser, restarting the browser, restarting the computer.

Hello team, I have an issue on some websites where certain images are being stretched out (whether smaller or larger) after Firefox v150.

This didn't happen before that. And, it doesn't happen in Edge nor in Vivaldi. I have no idea what changed.

Can you please resolve that? I was disappointed that v150.0.1 did not resolve it today.

All of a sudden, I cannot open my Comcast Xfinity email. I don't have the issue using Safari or Chrome. I have never had the issue with irefox until now.
