For the past 2 weeks now, every single time I search on Google on private browsing there would be a CAPTCHA. I tried troubleshoot mode but the same thing happened.

I have a new iphone 17 and the Firefox app doesn't have any of my passwords from my online account. on the iphone Mozilla firefox asks for a 6 digit authenticator code to sync my data and passwords, but the microsoft authenticator generates an 8 digit code? I've tried scanning the QR code on my desktop web mozilla firefox account but it then asks me to enter the 6 digit code from authenticator, but I'm getting an 8 digit code from microsoft autheticator. I really need to sync my passwords from Firefox web account to my iphone firefox app.

I deleted the Firefox on my Sony mobile phone.

I go to play store wanting to download it but I can't find it from my Sony phone. Can you please help.

Unbelievable! Talk about irony. I just got the latest Firefox update. What was it touting? "We've blocked MORE of the pop-up ads!!" And what did it include? A pop-up advertisement from Mozilla. I just wanted to find out if that was a gag, a one-off incident, or someone pirating Mozilla's new update to show that it doesn't do what their touting.

I been using FireFox for at least a decade I am really disappointed in it's current state. It is very slow OIS is Version 26.6.2 (25G83). Constantly telling me it can't find server when I hit an website link? Also frequently says secure connection? I want my FireFox back.

I'm reposting a question already opened here because a moderator suggested to do so. Actually I though I was posting to the international forum from the URL...

I was trying to access a local HTTPS website of an embedded device (a Siemens S7-1500 PLC) that is using a self-signed certificate, but was unable to go on (attached image #1, in Italian language) due to the the SEC_ERROR_REUSED_ISSUER_AND_SERIAL error. I've browsed a similar PLC webserver in the past, so the fact that the device exposes a similar certificate serial number is not so strange for me, considering also it's self-signed.

The problem is that I cannot follow the instructions of the Mozilla knowledgebase here because I'm not able to identify the correct certificate of the website!

In the attached image #2 you can see that the connection is detected as not encrypted, I suppose because only the form part of the HTML that is posting the data using HTTPS while the rest is using HTTP, but I'm not sure. If I click on the padlock icon (attached image #3) the info about the current certificate is not displayed.

Then I went into Tools > Options and searched for "certificates"; as you can see in the attached images #4 and #5, neither in the Servers tab nor in the Authorities tab I can find any item that is related to 192.168.10.2 (the webserver IP address) or Siemens (the embedded device manufacturer). But unfortunately the error persist! Initially there was a 192.168.10.2:443 line in the Servers tab and I removed it and restarted Firefox, but it didn't solve, so at the moment the situation is the one depicted by the attachments.

I had to use Microsoft Edge to access the website, but I would like to solve this issue and use Firefox instead. Is there anything else I can do to bypass the error? Why doesn't the error page provide a way to correctly identify the wrong certificate using its fingerprint and/or name? Or, maybe, is there a way to disable this check for local IP addresses or for items in a whitelist?

I don't know how you can help. I would like to know how many other people are experiencing what I am, which is a repeated loss of all of my saved passwords. This has now occurred at least six or seven times over a several week span, on one computer (Business). Another computer (Home) I use is set to not auto update and that has not been effected. I believed I set the computer on which I am having difficulty to also not update, however the loss of passwords (all at once and entirely) keeps happening without effort or notice. This is driving me to contemplate changing the Browser I consistently use and have been satisfied with but if I can neither get help or otherwise find a solution there will be no alternative. The rebuilding of my saved password base is exhausting and frustrating and a complete waste of time and effort. I have written previously and asked for assistance and did get some lame try that went absolutely nowhere. I am admittedly not particularly computer savvy yet neither am I a novice. The communication via Mozzilla is not helpful as there are terms and phrases used that have no meaning for me so are near impossible to follow as result.

I am facing a web compatibility issue specifically on Firefox when accessing our website: (avangartclinic.com).

Issue Description: The website loads perfectly on Chromium-based browsers (Chrome, Edge), but on Firefox (Desktop & Mobile), certain custom fonts and internal stylesheet assets are blocked due to a CORS / Secure Context error, causing layout breakage.

Environment & Details:

Browser Version: Firefox Latest (120+)

Site Domain: (avangartclinic.com)

Error in Web Console: Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource...

Steps Taken:

Configured Access-Control-Allow-Origin "*" headers on our origin web server.

Verified SSL/TLS certificate validity.

Cleared Firefox cache and tested in Safe Mode (Add-ons disabled), but the asset loading issue persists in Firefox.

Is there a specific strict security or mixed-content policy in Firefox that handles cross-origin CSS/font assets differently? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Of late, you have been blocking my access to my AOL.COM Accounts and email No matter how much I try, you keep coming up with a Firefox Security Dialogue box, asking me to insert my Security key into a USB port, which practically makes no sense,

This is what happens: At the start, AOL.COM presents a page with 4 icons: a Padlock, Face, Thumb, and Burst. And underneath is written: "You'll scan a QR code to sign in with passkey". Next is below.

When I click Next, I am presented with your Firefox Dialogue box, and in it is written:

Windows Security Making sure it's you

Please sign in to login.aol.com

This request comes from Firefox,m, published by Mozilla Corporation

                                         Flash drive icon

Insert your security key into the

                      USB port.
                                          
                                         Cancel 

Firefox, where is the Security key, where is the USB, and why a Flash drive icon?

When I click Cancel, I am sent back to the beginning, and the whole exercise starts all over again.

So why are you blocking my access to my AOL.COM Account and email?

A quick response is needed.

I upgraded to 156 and the new tab informs me of a new ad-blocker feature. It tells me to open Settings - Browing - Ad Blocker. I did that and that option is not appearing!
