I just sorted my bookmarks by name and what came back was a list a mile long of bookmarks that included folders and pages that have been deleted for years. If I want to clean the list up, it will take me an eternity. I have no idea how this happened or what i can do to regain the current list of bookmarks that I had. I really need help.

There is a message at the top of my application menu informing me account has been discontinued, with an amber alert icon. I am able to use my browser, My ISP provider informs me that everything looks secure. All security scans are fine. Is this some sort of scam. ISP provider tech informed me it was possible it could be an intrusion attempting to download data from my computer.

hello, I would like to recover my deleted Firefox history because this history is very important because it is related to my work, however I have tried a lot of methods to recover my deleted Firefox history as a backup copy, type ipconfig/displaydns , I also downloaded a lot of data recovery software but all these methods gave no results, so what I ask you please is to try recover my deleted Firefox history the days of july 20.21,2024 if you are unable to do this for me please help me contact Mozilla Firefox technical support, I would like to point out that the history I am talking to you about is very important so if you help me I will contact you will be very grateful, thank you for your understanding

I'm having an issue with Firefox and could use some help. When I use the Babbel application (and sometimes other websites), the page doesn't display at all. Even when I refresh, nothing changes. However, when I open the same link in Google Chrome, it works perfectly.

I tried logging in with a brand-new Firefox account, and the page displays without any issues. So, I suspect that one of my extensions might be causing this problem on my main account.

However, I don't want to delete my cookies because it's really inconvenient to re-enter the passwords for websites I use frequently.

Does anyone have suggestions on how I can identify the extension or setting that might be causing the issue without having to delete my cookies?

I've got a question/suggestion about Picture in Picture feature. Why "Close" button works the same as "Back to Tab"?

Scenario: Close the Picture in Picture video by clicking on the [X] button or Cmd+W shortcut.

Actual result: Picture in Picture closes and Firefox window opens, on the tab containing the video. This is very strange behaviour. If I close the video, I don't want to watch it now. Essentially "Close" button works exactly like "Back to Tab" button - so what's the point? If I wanted to switch to the tab - I would click on "Back to tab".

Expected result: I expect Picture in Picture video to close and nothing else to happen. Don't open the window/tab containing the video.

After updating with Mozilla 129.02 yesterday my platform freezes completely after about 30 secs. I cannot even get the Task manager to work. I have to switch it off at the mains and hope the switch back on is not too harmful. ( 'Update' is fast becoming one of the most scariest words in the English language)

My bluewin mail-account contains lots of "own" mailboxes on the server, where I used to move my sent or received mails to, in the case when I wanted to preserve them. However, these mailboxes do not appear within Thunderbird. There, I can see only the "standard" mailboxes like inbox, outbox, drafts, bin, etc.

What do I have to do to see these "own" mailboxes in within Thunderbird?

For the past few weeks if you try and search and have it open in a tab your on or even a new tab it won't do it. it just does nothing. My browser is up to date. i'm not sure what is going on. often i have to close the whole browser and reopen to get it to open a new site or search what is going on

pCloud PDF links do not open in Firefox for Linux.

When I share a pCloud PDF link to social media groups, the link doesn't work. I know that the link will open in other browsers.

I am running Ubuntu 22.04 Jammy on my desktop. Problem does not appear in Windows 10.

I can click the search box and the list of search engines shows. I can change the default search engine in settings. Mouse over highlights the selections.

Clicking on one of the choices does nothing.

I think there have been 2 updates since the problem first appeared.

PS: There also appears to be an issue with js. Some functions on websites do not work although most of the scripts do work. In particular comments on comicskingdom.com do not work and the same with comments on seattletimes.com which apparently uses the same script. Both websites work on Windows 10.

A few weeks ago I accidentally allowed Firefox to Block Youtube from making Viewing suggestions to me. Now when I go to Youtube from Firefox, all I get is a Blank screen. I want to REVERSE THAT decision and ALLOW youtube to make suggestions to me. Please help me get back to AS IT WAS BEFORE, or if you could do that for me would be great . Thanks Anand
