For the past few weeks if you try and search and have it open in a tab your on or even a new tab it won't do it. it just does nothing. My browser is up to date. i'm not sure what is going on. often i have to close the whole browser and reopen to get it to open a new site or search what is going on

Yes, I'm having this problem on Windows 10 too. It seems to do it intermittently and often works fine. It neither searches nor goes to an entered web address. Restarting the browser appears to be a workaround.
