Close Firefox Open Firefox, it will go to F**$*n babylon Type About:Config in address bar, hit enter In the search bar type browser. Scroll down At > browser.newtab.url you will see listed a long string, this is what loads F**$*n babylon... Right Click on that line and select Modify Delete the string and leave http:// at the start Type in www.google.co.nz (if in New Zealand) or www.google.com or whatever page you want when you open a new tab! Go OK Close Firefox Open Firefox, and hopefully google is your home page anyway, but... when you click a new tab, you will get google, now F**$*n babylon Cheers from Ted in NZ

How do I restart firefox with the same tabs and windows?

It isn't in the File or Tools menu. I get nothing when searching help. Yet FF knows how to do it, say when updating extensions.

I know I can do it by saving my session, exiting, restarting and restoring the session But is there a single command to do all that?

Thanks. --David

I want to remove ALL the passwords in firefox lockwise. No answers here. This is the worse software design I have ever seen from firefox. The old versions allowed you to delete ALL passwords with one simple click, it looks like the only way I can get passwords removed in firefox lockwise is do so individually. Who was the mental defect that designed firefox lockwise without providing a ONE CLICK way to remove all passwords?

I want something similar to “chrome://restart”, without setting “open previous tabs when started” because I restart not very often (typically to recover from some issues). I have read several previous questions about restarting Firefox, such as this one: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/952456 https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1089103 https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1184755 . The GCLI was the perfect solution, but it is retiring in Firefox 62. Is there an alternative solution?

Right now there is no easy way to get multiple files from an FTP site using firefox that I can find. Is it possible? If not, this would be a nice feature to add to a future version.
