I am getting very frustrated with the junk mail. I have very important emails ending up in junk. They aren't marked as junk but they are still being put in junk. Most are in my address book so shouldn't be there at all. Even when I mark them as not junk, they still get put in junk. I've reset the adaptive junk and it makes no difference. I've even turned off all junk settings and they still go into junk! I'm totally at a loss as to what to do. Please, can someone help? I'm seriously considering giving up on Thunderbird and using a different email client.

I am dislexic and sometime mis-type the destination domain address. Can I get Thunderbird to check the domain exists before sending it to the mail server? I can't find an addon to do this. Sometimes there is a considerable wait before I get an error message back.

Hello, Looking to export my W.10 installed: 128.4.2esr (64-bit) But the Export to Mobile does not show my account.

I have a single email running POP inbound and SMTP out with SSL/TLS.

Should I be able to export that to mobile?

Lists it's category as "Stability" when the release notes page say it's for testing here - https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/131.0.1/releasenotes/

Hopefully something can be adjusted or fixed as I don't believe the 131.0.1 should be in the "Stability" category on the first link/json data.

SMTP settings for MYFAIRPOINT.NET (Server Name, Port, Security, Authentication). I have now spent 5 hours and cannot get Thunderbird to send a message through Myfairpoint.net. It used to work for years with no problem. My inbox with IMAP is working just fine.

Hi, I have thunderbird on my other laptop and working just fine. I got a new laptop today and am trying to set up thunderbird. My phone was hacked and because I was signed into Firefox, I believe my saved passwords were accessed. I had opened a political text in messenger, nothing to click on, nor would I, closed the app and put down my phone. When I picked up my phone, messenger was opened with a text about to send with a password I've used, but no app name or website. I located which app it belonged to. I ran my virus protection, but phone was fine.

If there was a way to answer security questions, or send me an email or text to verify who I was before I could access saved passwords, that would be great. Could this be added to the web browser?

the firefox App has been unintentionally uninstalled when an additional widget has been drag and dropped to "uninstall" on the smartphone. Is there a possibility to restore previous session or the active tabs or is all this data also uninstalled/ lost? I have not been logged in with my firefox account.

My pixel 7 when I try to charge it with a 10 fudb USB A ' USB C cable then the USB C cable that came with is connected to the USB A cable, will that slow down or stop charging all together?

I am a retired senior and not tech savvy. I have a refurbished Dell laptop. I can't open my gmail account---see the emails, respond if necessary, save or delete.!!! This is stupid. I shouldn't have this much trouble!!!.

thunderbird working perfectly yesterday but today i received a message that the app is damaged - please move it to the bin ! i have lost my entire email history and settings when i try to import from my previous profile i get a message saying "import failed unexpectedly" i am now left with the bare bones of a new installation... is there any way i can get back everything that used to be there ?

I want to restrict access to several websites on a Linux Mint laptop. Downloaded "Block Site" add-on, works perfect!

But it's quite easy to go to add-on tab and disable it, how do I prevent this?

It's bee a very long time since I've been able to zoom in on email messages using the shortcut CTRL+. Drilling through the menu works, but on some messages I have to go through all that 2 or 3 times to get the text large enough. I on version 128.4.2, Lenovo Thinkpad, and Windows 11, 64 bit. Is there anyway to fix this? That same shortcut works just fine in my browser, Opera version 114.0.5282.102, or anywhere else I use it.

Hi, I have my email set up and the incoming is fine. My outgoing is not allowing for me to send from a particular address.
