Dear Sir/Madam, I was advised on your Firefox browser that my main username and password required updating, and after executing the update, I realized that I have lost all of my saved usernames and passwords. Consequently, I am using this medium to obtain your assistance on how I should proceed in order to recover all my saved user names and passwords that I had saved in your Firefox browser. A timely response would be greatly appreciated, as the absence of ability to assess my saved usernames and passwords significantly affects my use of your browser. Best regards, Volney Boswell

Does anyone know how do I can get my feeds back? I hope all my saved feeds are still stored somewhere as I use them for research. I just went to look something up and the whole heading is totally gone!

On 10/5/2024 I suddenly had no access to my saved passwords for websites, all my bookmarks were gone and no autofill works anymore. I have searched and searched for anything relating to these missing saves in password manager, I've used EaseUS, I've tried system restore. It's like my my saves were completely wiped! When I did a system restore, Firefox uninstalled itself completely when it shouldn't have. Now it's like I never had Firefox on this pc and there's no history or anything dated before today 10/6/2024. I've tried import from other browsers and there's nothing there. I'm a bit upset here, is my history, saved passwords, bookmarks and, autofill just gone and irretrievable?

Thumderbird asked if it could compact folders. Said yes. Now all that shows is the title line for all emails in inbox, but NO content displayed.

Can still see content in emails that are in other folders, seems to be only inbox that will not show content of the emails

New emails arriving will show content as well as some old old emails in inbox
