how do I fix column back to its original. I mistakly renlarge it.

on the very top of the page right side there are three images that refer to the page. it usually show one box now it shows two. I want to go back to one.

I have no idea who is going to read this, but I was in my Cell Phone companies’ site today and got an error message that Firefox would not show the bill details. Some stupid thing about other web sites and sealing my information. I needed that page and could not see so I had to use another browser (not Chrome or Edge) to get the bill to display.

I then had a coupon to print from an e-mail from my Pharmacy. Again you gave an error message but did download the coupon to where I save things.

I do not want to use Chrome or Edge as they track the S**t out of you. I have another that is laid out like Chrome but supposedly isn’t and I use that. I have to pay for that one. The main thing these browsers don’t have is the Menu Bar at the top and you cannot put it on. I use that to free up screen space that is lost the way they do things.

Can you PLEASE get things right in Firefox so I don’t have to waste my time or worse have to use this other browser I hate.

Since the beginning of July (latest update) Thunderbird cannot download any new emails. When I try to get new messages, it seems to connect to my optusnet email account, then it will say Downloading message 1 of 27 and after about a minute it just disappears. Then it says no messages to download. The little blue progress bar also disappears. I have checked the server settings. I am using Pop Mail Server, server name is mail.optusnet.com.au, user name is my email address, Port is 995, Connection is SSL/TLS and Authentication is Normal password. I have tried turning off Firewall and Antivirus and still not coming through. Its like it connects and it can see the emails but it cant pull them across. I am not a computer person. I dont know how to check any more than this. Please can someone help me. I have been using Thunderbird for many years and this issue has happened in the past but always resolved itself. TIA

What in the actual hell is going on? Since when did this become a problem? Website ends with .to instead of .com but this has literally never caused me any problems on this machine and I've been using the same extensions/add-ons since I bought it. It's been at least 3-4 years. Windows 11 24H2 (latest update) Firefox Version 140.0.2 (latest update) No settings have been changed, aside from my updating the browser and/or my operating system. Please help.

When you install Thunderbird it gives you "Extra Folders" Such as "ALL MAIL" "IMPORTANT" and "STARED" my question is can I delete these and not delete the email messages they contain? They contain some very important email which are in my other folders and I do not want to lose them,, So if I delete them does it delete the emails that are in there and also in other folders?

Missing Home Page icon on Firefox web pages after forced update to v140. Not good!!!

Is there any way to restore the Home Page icon (house) or restore a previous version of Firefox?'

Ever since the most recent firefox update, my screensaver doesn't appear after laptop has been idle. According to the Mac Activity monitor, Firefox is blocking it. I've tried quitting Firefox and restarting, and also restarting laptop, but no solution.

For about a week now, every time I try to share something to a friend of family member - all I get is the rotating circle in the messenger window that pops up. If I cut-n-paste the URL to the thing I want to share, it works fine in messenger......

When assigning a URL to the mediaplayer object it started appending the current path to the URL. Did not do that in prior version. You can see it automatically puts the current browsing URL and then the URL that is assigned. So the file will not load. I'm trying to better understand how Thunderbird communicates that messages are deleted to the servers of the respective email accounts configured as IMAP. Specifically, it seems that when moving a message from an IMAP folder, such as an Inbox, to a folder of a different email account or a Local Folder, the message disappears from Thunderbird but doesn't immediately get deleted from the server (I am checking by logging in through a browser to the email's web interface). Depending on the email provider, it may be marked or flagged as "deleted" or in some cases it just remains in the inbox (in outlook's web interface, for example, I can't tell if a message has been marked as deleted or not). Only later, after right-clicking on the respective inbox in Thunderbird and choosing "Compact" it deletes the message from the server.

I'm a bit confused now: All of my accounts are using maildir (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/maildir-thunderbird) as storage format, which I selected prior to adding any account. According to the information here (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/compacting-folders), "Compact does not apply to accounts using the maildir storage format". So for maildir accounts, why do I have a "compact" option at all and how come it doesn't delete messages immediately? Or perhaps I'm misunderstanding either what compact means or maildir or (probably) both? Is there a way to have Thunderbird simply delete (not just "mark as deleted") moved messages instantly?

I was under the impression that since maildir stores essentially one file per email message, that it would function like file management on a computer, so when moving a message from folder A to folder B the file/message would disappear from folder A, not that it would keep a copy "marked as deleted" in folder A. If anybody could explain this I would be most grateful.

When opening Firefox, the screen turns white before page opens! There is a version that was updated for this issue however,at that time I did not have this issue! After downloading the newer version, I now have this white light issue! I like to mention, my computer never crashed! I believe (134.0.3), was the update that was a fix for the White Screen problem. And, I am using ver-139.0.4 (64 bit) (win. 10-64 bit) I appreciate any help with this issue! Thank you!!! geo (7/6/2025)

latest versions of firefox (now at 140.0.1) keeps opening onto my 2nd monitor which is off - how to stop it doing it. Tried making new profile which works for awhile, but sooner or later they all bump it to the 2nd monitor and it never comes back - tried moving to primary and closing it there, but next time back on #2. Open 2nd window while first is on primary, and that goes to 2nd monitor...

When I try to launch firefox, it opens only on the taskbar for a split second and doesn't launch. I don't see the program appear at all on task manager. I've restarted my computer and reinstalled multiple times. This problem persist across multiple computers
