My start menu is multi-level and sorted. The latest Firefox (154.0) adds a NEW start menu entry for itself at the "programs" level when launched even though it is already entered at a sub-level. This is a NEW problem since earlier versions did not do this. How can I stop this since it confuses and messes up my start menu. OS - Windows 10 with current patches. Using "Classic Menu" to provide better support for multi-level menus.

I am trying to log into a remote HikVision camera. I get to see the camera controls, but a small yellow line appears in the middle of the screen. After that I am unable to see or do anything.

I play videos in full screen mode everyday using Firefox. Recently when I move away from the full screen application to a different open window then the taskbar at the bottom of the screen does not appear. I just attempted to duplicate the issue and take some screenshots only to find that if I'm switching to a second Firefox window the taskbar does not show, but if I switch to a file explorer, or Excel Window then it does show. This makes things very difficult because I'm using the Snipping tool to take screenshots, and the Snipping Tool itself allows the taskbar to display.

before i used top tab out of my browser and my theme i downloaded for the theme section on the browser addons would stay but now every time i do it gose to a horrible blue theme instead how do i fix this to keep my normal theme when im tabbed out please and thanks i stream to i use this to keep chat open and when i tab out to game it goes horrible blue which never used to happen i dont like this and dont want it so someone please help me resolve the issue.

For years Firefox easily allowed opening sites I use frequently by entering name in search bar on upper right on screen. How do I return to previous accessibility? BTW, I'm 81 yrs old and I've used Mozilla for many years. Help

Cannot send or receive email all of sudden in Thunderbird. When I the click the messages icon, nothing happens, and I get "Could not connect to server mail.twc.com; the connection was refused". When trying to send a m,message I get "Sending of the message failed. The message could not be sent because connecting to Outgoing server (SMTP) mail.twc.com failed. The server may be unavailable or is refusing SMTP connections. Please verify that your Outgoing server (SMTP) settings are correct and try again." No settings were changed and everything was fine when I put the computer to sleep. This happens on both a Win 7 and 11 machine Email is a Time Warner (now Spectrum) Road Runner account (twc.com). Spent an hour with Spectrum, and they say this is a third party (Thunderbird) issue. A friend has the same setup, and is having the same problems that started at the same time. Win 11 version 150.02 Win 7 115.18.0 (latest available for win 7)

I've been using Thunderbird on our pc for decades, but it I believe the last software update has corrupted the "Password Manager". Since then, almost every time I attempt to log in, I receive the message about my password is incorrect, even though I have changed and checked the box that states something like "use Password Manager" for it. This is naturally "driving me crazy". Is there going to be a fix or is it just my problem? Thank you!

When opening our browser this morning all of our bookmarks appear to be locked behind some kind of security, it is incredibly frustrating. We have an account recovery key, that we got when we tried to open some bookmarks, but we have no idea how to use it, we are already signed in.

We can access the bookmarks on our phone, so the disconnect is in the browser somewhere. Is there anything we can do to recover access? Do we need to use the recovery key? If so, how?

I use Firefox to watch several of my live news programs on their web sites. Recently I am finding that the volume control does not allow access to actual control (it is on or off choices) without going to full screen. And tried a couple on edge. What is going on? Is this a choice of the providers to not allow control? A recent change in YOUR end? I'm on 153.0.4 (64-bit) and after the last update, drop-down arrows are non-functional. I use Firefox at work and the dashboards that I've been using can't be used because I can't make selections. I'm having to use Microsoft Edge (yuk).

Is there something I can do to restore the drop-down behavior?
