Hi MAB5,

There is currently no plans of creating an official port of Firefox OS to the Motorola Droid Ultra.

However, the Firefox OS is an open source system where users and contributors can attempt to make their own ports to devices that may not be officially supported. Please keep in mind that there is a risk of bricking a device this way.
