Is there not an iPad2 friendly version of Firefox?

Posted

It is my understanding that there is a Mozilla Firefox version for an iPad2. Perhaps ver.18? I can't seem to be able to download an iPad version through Safari. Thank you. George Garrett

Chosen solution

There are no versions of Firefox for the iPad because Apple won't allow competing web engines on their iOS devices. Until they change this policy there will never be Firefox on iOS.
