on runescape when i try to log in it keeps saying to many failed attepts, try again in 5 minutes, but i didnt get my stuff wrong, its been hours but it still is

it keeps saying that but im getting nothing wrong and it wont let me try again even after five mins, i know this is a problem with the app because i log in fine on the pc

Does this occur on another browser? Please note that Runescape is not designed to work on mobile devices. If this is regarding a desktop build, please let us know. Thank you!

Yes it does it on firefox virtual browser
