How can I restore the icons in my bookmarks some have them and others are a blank rectangle.

there are icons in my bookmarks and others that are just blank rectangles. on the ones that are blank I would click on the bookmark and close the icon would return and others still remain a blank.

Please help me restore those icons that are blank.
