Can this be downloaded on iPad ....Firefox said safari cant download Firefox??

I currently use Journey with ...can't remember browser? It is slow at times & takes going thru too many hoops to get what I want. Would love something that works better. Can i try it first to make sure it works everywhere & does all it promises. I want it on iPad for now, on iPhone Nov. 1 (old iPhone took a wine bath in Milan & is currently out of commission)
