cannot load shutterstock.com- redirecting improperly even though Firefox is set to accept cookies

This website stopped loading a few days ago. The error message says that redirect is such that the page will never load, and that sometimes failure to accept cookies will cause this. I set Firefox to accept cookies, but I still get the same error message and the site won't load in Firefox or Internet Explorer.
