Hi, running the new Minefield 64bit (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:2.0b8pre) Gecko/20101020 Firefox/4.0b8pre) and I am unable to run about:support - I get a "The URL is not valid and cannot be loaded."

I also have Fx 4b6 and Fx 3.6.0.11 installed, and Fx 3.6 opens about:crashes every time.

Any idea how to manually install breakpad onto this system / make about:crashes work in Minefield? I often times get a crash (and suspect that it is Flash 64bit related), and would like to know for sure.

The extension ID listed in the path is for my old extension, Crash Report Helper. It was designed for Firefox 3.x and its most common use was to automatically determine if a Firefox crash was caused by a plugin crash, which due to out-of-process plugins in current versions of Firefox is no longer possible. I probably should write an updated version one of these days because the feature to show the crash signatures in about:crashes could still be useful, but the extension is currently out-of-date.

If you're seeing this in Firefox 4 or later it means extension compatibility checking is disabled, and its not compatible so it breaks. Please re-enable compatibility checking, switch to the new non-strict compatibility checking mechanism, or just disable the extension.

I just tried this again with the latest Minefield 64bit - 4.0b9pre (2011-01-01) and about:support is working but about:crashes now gives this error:

XML Parsing Error: undefined entity Location: jar:file:///D:/Mozilla/Firefox/Profiles/cr34t1v3.Minefield_x64/extensions/%7B078fac48-925f-4524-7cfe-85d44b8f4f98%7D.xpi!/chrome/crashreporthelper/content/crashes.xhtml Line Number 316, Column 65:<button chromedir="&locale.dir;" onclick="openOptionsDialog();">&cmd.options.label;</button>
