Trying to navigate to a website, but Firefox opens the file saving prompt instead

What in the actual hell is going on? Since when did this become a problem? Website ends with .to instead of .com but this has literally never caused me any problems on this machine and I've been using the same extensions/add-ons since I bought it. It's been at least 3-4 years. Windows 11 24H2 (latest update) Firefox Version 140.0.2 (latest update) No settings have been changed, aside from my updating the browser and/or my operating system. Please help.
