Hi Patrick, the layout of the Options/Preferences/Settings page has changed over the years, so if you are looking at an article or forum post that refers to Options, it might be out-of-date. Anyway, it's now under Settings. Either:
- menu button > Settings
- (menu bar or Alt+T) Tools > Settings
