Trying to download a zip file to be able to move forward with this job offer with Turbo tax and it will not let me. Need to find & remove the problem they said. I have no tech experience. Please help.

Hey Deb, Can you show us what you're having an issue with? Post a screenshot showing the issue. What OS? What version of Firefox?
