I'm switching from Google Chrome to Firefox. I have completed everything and the computer is telling me that Mozilla Firefox is know my my default. However, The Mozilla screen that comes up when I start does not appear to be customizable and the search bar shows the "G" Goggle icon and says "search on google". Am I doing something wrong?

  • Google is default search engine in our browser, so there should be the "G" icon. You can switch search engine in Firefox to anything you want.
  • New tab page is quite customizable, you only have to find a gear icon.

Firefox is a web browser while Google in this case is a search engine. Google is the default search engine in most language locales of Firefox.

You can change to another search engine in list or install another search engine in Firefox.
