This support article should help. It explains how to turn do not track on - so you should be able to see the option there that needs to changed to turn it off:

Note that GPC and DNT are merely a signal to the website (it adds a Sec-GPC:1 header for GPC and DNT:1 header for do-not-track), it is up to a website to honor such a request.
