When opening a file with firefox-and only firefox-for some reason, a really old name of a previous version of the file is shown.

Specifically, it's a resume. I downloaded a resume template from a website a long time ago, and I have modified it dozens of times as I submitted it to different jobs. The file's current name is simply my name. However, for some reason, when I open any of the versions of this file in firefox, the title of the tab is that of the original template-cashier. This doesn't happen when I open the file with edge or a regular pdf reader, but it's still pretty annoying. Why is this happening and how do I prevent it?
