I don't know how to put it into words that well, but, it's as if my Firefox is just a clickable picture. If I try to use the search engine, it won't let me search, just put words in. If I try to open the menu, I can't, I can only click on the three lines with no pop-up. I can't use my addons, I can't even open another tab. I've tried opening other windows, restarting my computer, leaving it off for a while, and letting it stay on for hours, but it still isn't working. I tried running the updater, but It won't run. I tried running the maintenance service, same outcome. I don't want to delete Firefox because I fear that my account didn't probably sync some important things.
