Opening Firefox tells me that a Secure Connection has failed. The error code is PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR. You have been unable to locate the account I have been using for many years so I have just opened a new account. Can you please arrange a reset so that I can once again use Firefox as my preferred browser.
