Firefox was working all day. Then when I went back to it later in the day, it would not start saying that it couldn't find a dll. The instructions I found onsite, using another browser was to uninstall Firefox and do a clean install. They instructions said that I would not lose my bookmarks. I faithfully followed the instructions and uninstalled the application, it had problems doing that as it kept coming up that it could not find a file. However, it did complete. I then reinstalled Firefox. I have no bookmarks to anythings. No banking bookmarks, no entertainment bookmarks... no nothings. It will take me months to recover if I can even find those sites again.... I'm really annoyed with Mozilla and am now seriously considering a new primary browser. In all my years on a computer I have never had this happen before. Now if you know a way that I can recover all my bookmarks, I will reconsider. Bry
