I cannot send emails from my microsoft business email account for which I'm using a custom domain for it is recruiting.office@globaldisinc.com. Please help me configure it so it will work for both sending and receiving emails.
I have added a new microsoft business email address. I can only receive emails but I cannot send any. There is a problem with the smtp settings I guess I'm using Thunderburd I have tried, with the help of a Microsoft representative to change all the possible settings and read the articles to guide us trough

but wasn't working for sending out emails I have even tried sending emails to different providers and different email accounts and it is not working at all. Even with the help of the Microsoft specialist. Can you Please help me out configure thunderbird so i can use my email recruiting.office@globaldisinc.com it is a microsoft business email. Your 2nd picture shows the password prompt when the authentication method is 'normal password'. For smtp.office365.com, it should be OAuth2. You also have a hotmail account, which requires a similar setting:
