JavaScript
Hello. I have the most recent update for Android Firefox. Suddenly I can not watch videos because it says my JavaScript is off. I have not done anything to change any settings. And I am unable to get into "About:Config" to change anything. The version of Android Firefox is 117.0. I would appreciate a response as soon as possible. Thank you so much. Sincerely, Steven Nickerson [email address]

Hi Steven
I am going to remove your email address from your question for your privacy and security as this is an open forum.
Do you have any add-ons installed in Firefox for Android? One of them may be stopping scripts from running on web pages you are trying to view.
Hi Paul,
Yes, I do have add-ons in my Firefox Android. I have the following:
You Block Origin Read Aloud YouTube High Def Video Background Fix Google Search Fixer
I did have No Script. I did disable that and Firefox gave me the first message - it said that about:config was an unsecured connection.
So I am still unable to reach about:config.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance.
Hi
About:config is available in the Beta and Nightly versions of Firefox for Android. Please be careful how you use it as it may not be possible to recover your user data.
Paul: I still can't watch videos or get about:config. Is this going to be the case with the regular Firefox? I did use the other version and was able to to see videos but is the way the it will stay with the regular Firefox? Thank you for all of your assistance. Sincerely, Wes
I think you mean uBlock Origin as it can block JacaScript.
