Hello, I recently changed my password for my Firefox account and now I was unable to enter my new password to log in. I logged out of my account to see if it would work, but to no avail, and now I am signed out completely with the all my attempts to sign back in resulting in a forever-loading page.

Installing another version of Firefox does not work, as it tries to redirect me to the Google Play Store (which Amazon devices do not support). The method I tried to use is in the following link: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/#product-android-nightly. If this is the way to do so, would I have to uninstall my current version of Firefox?

Thank you.

Hi

We do not make Firefox for Android available for the Amazon Kindle Fire devices. What version number of Firefox for Android have you installed?

Hi Paul,

I have Firefox Mobile 68 on Android 9.

Okay, thank you.

That version of Firefox for Android has not been supported for a few years now with the connection to Firefox Accounts having been turned off.

Oh I see. That does makes sense. I’ll try and figure something out then.

Thank you, Paul!
