PDF not generated / corrupt

Hello, I tried to save a page as pdf = "pdf not generated". Then I tried again, seemed to work but couldn't open it. Any idea ? NB it is paying newspaper, I am a subscriber.

Not being a subscriber will make trying to replicate this issue not so easy. Do you have an example of this issue occurring on an open website?
