I signed up for FF Relay (I think) purple hexagon icon with star in it. It didnt do what it was supposed to, but it blocks my access to unemployment benefits online! It says "access denied on this server." I can't figure out how to get rid of this. Help!

Whatever it was supposed to do doesn't work, but it apparently blochs me from accessing my unemployment benefits online! It always say access denied on this server. I can't figure out how to get rid of this, which isn't working anyway. Help!
