thanks for reaching out!
Do you still have the email address you signed up with? I will explain to you how to use the service, but you will need that email address and your password to sign in.
To get started, please visit vpn.mozilla.org, sign in to your firefox account and follow the on screen instructions to download/install the VPN to your device.
Once installed, locate the Mozilla VPN icon on your device and click/tap it to launch. You may have to sign into your Firefox account after launching, but afterwards you can immediately begin use of the VPN by clicking/tapping the toggle switch at the center of the screen. As soon as it shows you're connected, your traffic will be encrypted and routed through one of our secure servers.
You can learn more about this process here: * What is Mozilla VPN and how does it work? (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/what-mozilla-vpn-and-how-does-it-work)
If you need assistance with cancelling the service and getting a refund in order to sign up with the correct email again, you can DM me your email address and I will reach out to you.
