
Sync problem
Hi, I have a pc and phone that wont sync. All I get is "unexpected error" on the phone, but the pc says it was successful. Any info?

No, haven't been signed in cuz it wasn't asking before, just redirecting me right to sync. But i think my root problem is not remembering my log in information and not wanting to do a password reset if it loses my bookmarks and all that. Oops, I forgot about that part... I think I'll chalk this up to user error and say problem solved.

I understand that Firefox Sync did not connect to your mobile device on this occasion, but hopefully I should be able to help you force a Sync event to take place.
Assuming you have connected the same Sync account on both your mobile and desktop copies of Firefox:
In Firefox on your mobile device:
- Go into the Settings menu and select Firefox Account.
- Tap on Synchronise now.
This will “force” a synchronisation of the data that is on the local device storage.
My settings doesn't have "Firefox account" in them. Could it be somewhere other than there?

In your Firefox apps setting on your phone, have you already login to your account or not? If you already login then you should be able to select Firefox Account (which basically beside the profile icon and display your email).
