Hello,

The VPN does not currently work properly on Windows 7 and 8 devices. Our team is considering developing a Windows 7 and 8 client, but is currently prioritizing improving our current versions at this time (Windows 10, iOS and Android). If this is unworkable for you, the VPN team can assist with refunding your subscription.
