Sync issues with Android - iOS and Windows are fine

I have a Samsung S9, as well as an iPad pro, and a Windows 10 PC, all with Firefox, and Firefox Sync.

My PC can see all the synced tabs from my phone, and my iPad.

My iPad can see all the synced tabs from my phone, and my PC.

My phone can only see synced tabs from my PC.

I have tried logging out/back in on both the iPad and the phone, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling on both. There is no change.

I haven't been able to find anything to troubleshoot this, and I did try clearing the cache/history on both the iPad and phone. Any advice would be much appreciated!
