We have 2 laptop computers and 2 Samsung Galaxy 8 phones. Our 1 laptop uses windows 10, and the other uses windows 8...QUESTION...would we be able to use this for all these devices??

You can install Firefox for Desktop on both of the laptops an Firefox for Android on both of the Android phones.
