This is 100% FAKE. It can come up for some users due to malvertising ads on some sites.
Mozilla does not offer expensive prizes to random people.
This is a variation of a scam to try and trick people into giving private information from like phone#, address, name, money card details etc.
Normally the fake prize for these scams has been a iPhone X, Samsung S8 or S9 or a $1000 gift card from some place like Amazon.
For those interested the below images is what the scam pages in OP url looks like.

Thank you for the reply, and I completely understand it's a fake page. A bit frustrated in my original post, let me try to breath this more life and a few more questions. Admittedly, my Kaspersky app for android refuses to protect firefox on android, I hate being torn between two companies.. off topic. I received this pop up on tapping my phones firefox icon. I have settings in firefox so that before I close my browser I hit the 3 dots in the right corner and select quit to clear history/cookies etc.. I also use the NoScript add on and AdBlock+ So I am extremely confused as to how this made it to my initial load screen in the first place, that's what frustrated me and sent me to these forums for the first time ever. I honestly dont know how this url loaded instead of my general https to bing? I have participated in a few Firefox surveys over the years, none offering prizes and such, but this threw me for a real loop. Now I am genuinely concerned for my firefox sync settings and praying that at the least the small amount of useful data I have in my phone is properly protected by my firefox refusing security of choice. I did not use the links or page but it being there at all...
Hi
I appreciate your concern. There is an "arms race" between advertising, scams and ad-blocking software. As soon as an advance is made, there is a change to thwart it.
I recomend this article which has some good hints and tips.
