Cannot move emails from Inbox to any other folder via drag and drop

Up until about a week ago, I could drag and drop emails from my inbox to any other folder. Now, when I click and drag nothing happens. I have tried to restart with add ons disabled, uninstall and reinstall, and update the software. I am currently on version 52.4.0 running Windows 10 Version 1703. Is there anyway to resolve this? Currently the only workaround I have is to move one by one using the menu.
