I have a flame on nightly channel, and there has been no update for about 1 month. Is that normal?

OTA is currently stopped due to blockers. Meanwhile manual flashing of builds are still available.

Yes. Builds were broken because of many regressions, then when it's been fixed, we ran out of space on Flame's system partition to extract updates. This will be fixed with a new base image, built in bug 1154072

Tout mean nom OTA update will solve it, I have to reinstall ?

You'll have to backup your data and flash the new base image. Then eventually, flash a new build, but I think the base image will be available with 3.0, so OTA will be working out of the box
