I have an Asus t100 2in1 tablet that has a full version of Windows 8.1. Firefox was working fine up until recently. Now, when I click on the icon nothing happens. But when I look in the task manager I can see that it is running. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I have shut down the tablet and restarted it again. I have an additional problem that I have only just discovered while trying to fix the above problem is that some of my keys are not assigned correctly. eg. my back slash key gives me a # instead and my @ key gives my " etc. Which makes it hard to type in a pathway. I am using my PC to access this support page. Thanks for any help.

I understand that Firefox is no longer working on your Windows Tablet. The development of Metro did stop and has been discontinued. However what version were you on before this started to happen?

I have only had the tablet since February this year. So it was ever version that I downloaded at that time. Thanks

No problem, you can see the version if you put this in the url: [about:support]

It is also possible to update the app to see if this resolves any of the issues.
