Hi jparkinson,

So now you are able to use your Firefox OS phone as intended?

Hmm... That sounds a bit weird. I don't think there is a place to program the info given to you. Could you elaborate on what your carrier has provided you? Could you also provide you device model and OS version please?

Thanks!

I thought so also after about four calls to At&t it ended up being a provisioning problem. I had find someone who understood how to manually provision the phone. The reason is the IMEI number does not show up in their database as a valid phone type and the therefore has to be manually provisioned. The best way to test this is to do the following on your phone: go to the phone dialer and type: *#5005*7672# it should come and say "Setting Interrogation Succeeded Service Center Address +13123149810", if you have the provisioning problem it will come back with "session expired". Thanks for the response.
